Apply
Most professionals in Germany apply with the wrong CV format, a cover letter that reads like a translation, and a German level claim they cannot back up in the phone screen. Apply fixes all three — using everything we already know about you from Spiegel.
How it works
Build your German Lebenslauf
Upload your current CV or fill in your experience. We restructure it in German Lebenslauf format — correct section order, German job title vocabulary, right framing for your degree recognition status, CEFR level stated honestly. The result is a clean, employer-ready PDF.
Paste the jobs you're considering
Paste the URL or text of any job posting — StepStone, LinkedIn, company site, anywhere. We score the fit against your Lebenslauf and tell you which roles are realistic, which are stretches, and why. You decide which ones to pursue.
Select and generate cover letters
Choose the roles you want to apply to. For each one, we generate a formal German Anschreiben written at your actual CEFR level — not a level above what you can speak, which would get you caught in the first phone call. Each letter references the specific role and your genuine strengths for it.
Track everything in one place
Every application — company, role, date sent, status, follow-up due date — in a clean tracker. No more spreadsheets. No more forgetting which version of your CV you sent to whom.

What Apply does not do
Apply does not fake your German level. The Anschreiben is written at what you actually demonstrated in the Spiegel test — because overshooting your language level in writing and getting exposed in the phone screen is worse than a B1 cover letter that you can back up. Honest is the strategy, not the fallback.
